This report provides a monthly breakdown of overtime and compensatory time activity and balance information. It is designed to help track whether an employee is earning too much overtime or compensatory time. This report shows, by month, the compensatory time and overtime beginning and ending balances, and the amount of leave earned, taken, paid, or lost for every employee who had activity during the requested time frame. This report cannot be requested for prior fiscal years.

- Displays the employee's organization code.
- BEGIN COMP TIME BAL DERIVED HM8.FYBEGBAL (CT, HC)
- Displays the beginning year compensatory balance for the month of September. For all other months, the ending balance of the previous month serves as the beginning month balance.
- COMP TIME EARNED DERIVED FROM HM9 (CTE, CTI, HCE, HCI)
- Displays the total compensatory time earned or transferred in during the month.
- COMP TIME TAKEN DERIVED FROM HM9 (CTO, CTT, HCO, HCT)
- Displays the total compensatory time taken or transferred out during the month.

- Displays the total overtime earned or transferred in during the month (at the 1.5 rate).

- Displays the total overtime taken or transferred out during the month (at the straight time rate).
- FLSA OT PAID DERIVED FROM HM9 (OTP)
- Displays the total overtime paid during the month (at the 1.5 rate).
- END FLSA OT BAL DERIVED
- Displays the balance of overtime at the end of the month (at the 1.5 rate). (Begin FLSA OT Bal add FLSA OT Earned subtract FLSA OT Taken and FLSA OT Paid).
