Report 197 Personnel Changes

This report displays all employees who have had any of the following reason codes: 001-003, 008-009, 020-031, A23, 034, and 040-049.

Frequency Runs with payrolls.
Form 111
Sort Sequence Organization Code, Break field set to 0000 on H0XCR
Page Break Last two digits of Organization Code.
Parameters HNKPM – START DATE, END DATE
Databases Used HNK, H0C, H7O, HNH, HID, HML, H0B
Selection Criteria Dates on H0CUS screen when it automatically runs with payrolls.
Produce Output? Yes
Request Screen HSRPT
Posting Report? No
Additional Notes Agencies will need to send an LOA to setup HPRPT to print with month end reports.

Report Headings

FROM/TO HNK.PMSTDT/HNK.PMEDT
Displays the beginning and ending dates of the reporting period.
ORG CODE HNH.ORGCODE
Displays the employee's organization code.
ORG TITLE HNH.ORGTITLE
Displays the title of the employee's organization code.
EMPLOYEE SSN HNH.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
POSITION HNH.POSITION
Displays the employee's position number.
OLD POS # HNH.POSITION
Displays if the position number changed with the personnel action change processed.
FTE/PCA
Displays the full time equivalent and the Program Cost Account (PCA) of the employee. (*Will be generated if change in FTE and footnote will be displayed at the end of organizational total page as: *change in FTE.)
JOB/FUNC JC HNH.JOBCLASS OR HNH.ACTFUNCLS
Displays the employee's job class code or functional job class code, if applicable.
JOB TITLE HML.FCTITLE OR H70.JCTITLE
Displays the functional job class title corresponding to the position. If no functional job class title was assigned, the job class title will display.
SAL/HRLY HNH.HSALARY/HNH.HHRLYRATE
Displays the employee's salary or hourly rate.
PREV AMT
Displays the employee's salary/rate prior to the current action.
CHG AMT
Displays the pay difference in employee's salary/hourly rate after the personnel change.
TB/GRP/STP HNH.ACTUALSTEP
Displays the employee's salary table, pay group and step, if applicable.
RSN/EXT RC HNH.HRISREASCD
Displays the HRIS reason code reflecting the type of change, along with the extended reason code, if applicable.
EFFECT DT HNH.HISTORYDT
Displays the date of the personnel change.
ORGANIZATIONAL TOTAL
Displays the total number of personnel changes within each organization code.
AGENCY TOTAL
Displays the agency's total number of personnel changes.
