Report 168 Active Employee Listing
This report displays each employee's primary assignment personnel and payroll information such as address, salary and employment data.

| Request Screen | HSRPT – To request a particular Sort, enter 1, 2 or 3 in the OC field. Choose the number that corresponds to the desired break indicator. For example: 1 Break 1000 HPRPT – Set up to run automatically with each payroll. The occurrence field should reflect H0XCR set up with break flag pos 4=9 if multiple occurrence of this report is listed on H0XCR. |

Report Headings
- AS OF HNK.PMEDT
- Displays the end date used of the request period.
Column One
- EMP NAME HID.RPTNAME
- Displays the employee's name. (Last name, first name, middle name – spell out as much as possible.)
- SSN HNH.EMPLOYEENO
- Displays the employee's SSN.
- RC EFF DT HNH.HISTORYDT
- This field displays the last date a change to the employee's salary or hourly rate was effective (mm/dd/ccyy).
- RC HNH.HRISREASCD
- This field displays the reason code for the latest transaction, referenced in the effective date field.
Note: If term date = last day of month, employee will show up on report.
- EXT RC HNH.EXTRSNCD
- This field displays the extended reason code for the latest transaction, referenced in the effective date field, if one exists. (If it doesn't exist display blank.)
- HIRE DT HOB.EMPLOYEEDATE
- This field displays the employee's hire date (mm/dd/ccyy).
- LWP IND H0B.EMPSTATUS
- This field will display whether the employee is on LWOP. If employee status is 02 then display 'Y'; else leave blank.
- LVRC HOB (LEAVE REASON ON ENC/DEC TBL 840)
- This field displays the reason the employee asked for a leave of absence.
- AGY EFF SERV DT HOB.EMPLOYDATE
- This field displays the employee's effective service date at current agency (mm/dd/ccyy).
Column Two
- ORG CD HNH.ORGCODE
- This field displays the employee's organization code.
- ST EFF SERV DT HOB.ADJEMPLDT
- This field displays the employee's state effective service date.
- 6-MOS CONT SV DT HOB.CONTSERDAT
- This field displays the date the employee was or will be continuously employed for 6 months (mm/dd/ccyy).
- BIRTH DT HID.BIRTHDATE
- This field displays the employee's birthday (mm/dd/ccyy).
- RACE HID.XXEEORACE
- This field displays the employee's race. Spell out literal.
- SEX HID.XXSEX
- This field displays the employee's sex.
- VET STAT HID.MILSTATUS
- This field displays the employee's veteran status.
Column Three
- ORG TITLE HNO.ORGNAME
- This field displays the employee's organization code title.
- POS NO. HNH.POSITION
- This field displays the employee's position number.
- FTE HNH.ASSIGNFTE
- This field displays the employee's FTE (Full time equivalency). If less than full time (1.000), only display number after decimal.
- HRS
- This field is derived (FTE x 40) and displays the employee's weekly work hours.
- EMP TYP HNH.EMPTYPE
- This field displays the employee type for the employee.
- EEO CAT HNH.JCEEOCODE
- This field displays the employee's EEO category code type.
- TBL-GRP HNH.POSPAYGRP
- This field displays the employee's salary table and group.
- STP HNH.ACTUALSTEP
- This field displays the employee's salary step.
- SAL/RATE HNH.HSALARY, HNH.HHRLYRATE
- This field displays the employee's current salary or hourly rate.
- ANN SAL HOB.ANNSALARY
- This field displays the employee's annual salary.
- JB CLS HNH.JOBCLASS
- This field displays the employee's job class.
- TITLE HNH.H70.JCTITLE
- This field displays the employee's job title.
- FUNCT JB CLS HNH.ACTFUNCLS
- This field displays the employee's functional job class, if one exists.
- TITLE HML.FCTITLE
- This field displays the employee's functional job title, if one exists.
- CLT TYP HNH.CLSTYP
- This field displays the employee's job class type.
Each job classification has a job class type established on H70U1. Most job classes are of Type N and will have no special processing rules. - MSR IND HNH.MSRIND
- This field displays the employee's management to staff ratio indicator. If second character indicator is used, it will display on the report.
Column Four
- VISA TP HO0.VISATYPE
- This field displays the employee's visa type.
- EXP DT HO0.VISAEXPNDT
- This field displays the employee's visa expiration date if one exits.
- ED LV HID.HIGHDEGREE
- This field displays the employee's education level. If it doesn't exist, display as blank.
- PAY TYP HNH.HPAYTYPE
- This field displays the employee's pay type.
- FREQ HNH.HFREQ0FPAY
- This field displays the employee's pay frequency.
- BRP H0B.FLAGA
- This field displays whether the employee is eligible for benefit replacement pay. Display 'N', 'Y', or 'W'.
- HAZ IND HNH.HAZDTYIND
- This field displays whether the employee is eligible for hazardous duty. Display 'N', 'Y', or 'W'.
- FLSA ST HNH.FLSASTAT
- This field displays the employee's FLSA status. Spell out as much as possible.
- LNG AMT H10.APAAMT (SPECIAL PAY = 06)
- This field displays the employee's monthly longevity amount. If it doesn't exist display as 000.00.
- HAZ AMT H10.APAAMT (SPECIAL PAY = 5)
- This field displays the employee's hazardous duty monthly amount. If it doesn't exist display as 000.00.
Column Five
- WK-LOC HNH.LOCCODE
- This field displays the employee's work location.
- CNTY NM HNH.PCCOUNTY
- This field displays the employee's work county.
- WK-ADDR HNJ.PCADR1
- This field displays the employee's work address.
- WK-CITY, ST, ZIP, HNJ.PCCITY, HNJ.PCSTATE.HNJ.PCZIP
- This field displays the employee's work city, state and zip code.
- WK-PHONE HNJ.WKPHNO
- This field displays the employee's work phone number.
Column Six
- ADDR/PHONE REL HO0.ADDRRELIND, HO0.HPHNRELIND
- This field displays if the address and home phone number can be released.
- HM ADDR HID.EEADR1
- This field displays the employee's home address.
- HM-CITY, ST, ZIP HID.CITY, HID.STATE, HID.SIPCODE
- This field displays the employee's home city, state, and zip code.
- HM-PHONE HID.HOMEPHONE
- This field displays the employee's home phone number.
