Report 166 Employee by Salary Group

This report displays all employees as of the request date by pay table and salary group, SSN, name, position title, job class, position number, classification date, salary and step. The report also displays a total by salary group, pay table, division, and agency.

DIVISION HNH.ORGCODE
Displays the first three positions of the employee's organization code.
EMPLOYEE SALARY GROUP AS OF HNK.PCEDT
Displays the end date used to run this report.
TABLE HNH.SALTBLTYP
Displays the employee's pay table as defined by their job class code.
GROUP HNH.ACTPAYGRP
Displays the employee's pay group.
EMPLOYEE SSN HNH.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
TITLE HML.FCTITLE.HNP.JOBDESC
Displays the functional job class title that corresponds to the employee's position. If a functional job class was not assigned, the job class title will display.
JOB CLASS HNH.JOBCLASS
Displays the employee's job class code.
POSITION HNP.POSITION
Displays the position number.
CLASS DATE HNH.HPROMDATE
Displays the date of the employee's last promotion, merit increase, or demotion. If the employee is not classified or has not received one of the above salary actions, this date will be the employee's hire date. This classification date is used to track the twelve months lapse required for awarding merit increases. Effective 09/01/1999, this twelve month lapse will be replaced by a six month lapse.

Displays the employee's current or hourly salary.
STEP HNH.ACTUALSTEP
Displays the employee's pay step, if applicable.
SALARY GROUP EMPLOYEE COUNT Derived
Displays the number of employees in a salary group.
PAY TABLE EMPLOYEE COUNT Derived
Displays the number of employees in a pay group.
DIVISION EMPLOYEE COUNT Derived
Displays the number of employees in a division.
AGENCY EMPLOYEE COUNT Derived
Displays the number of employees in the agency.
