Report 155 ERS SSN Corrections for Active Retirement Contributions

This report displays SSNs that have changed during the reporting period for employees who participate in the Employees Retirement System (ERS), Judicial 1 Retirement System (JR1), Judicial 2 Retirement System (JR2), and the Legislative Retirement System (LRS). Use this report to help complete the ERS Reconciliation Report. SSN changes for employees not actively contributing will not appear on this report.

Note: A Letter of Authorization (LOA) is required to correct an SSN. TINS will be notified when the LOA is completed.

Displays the beginning and ending dates of the reporting period.

Displays the employee's incorrect (old) SSN.
NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.

Displays the employee's correct (new) SSN.
