Report 129 Child Support/Spousal Maintenance Sub-Deductions

This report displays all employees with child support and spousal maintenance deductions on the current payroll.

Selection Criteria All employees with a child support or spousal maintenance deduction (HNZ.Currdedamt or HNZ.Dedntaken not equal to 0) on the current payroll.
Produce Output? Yes
Request Screen HPRPT – Set up to run automatically with each payroll.
Posting Report? No
Additional Notes ** EDIT/REPORT RUN ** will display in the top left corner if the report was produced from a trial/edit payroll. This report will generate twice only when a final payroll is rejected. Use the latest RUN TIME/DATE, which is found in the top right corner of the report.

Report Headings

DOCUMENT NUMBER H0H.ALPHACONS1
Displays the USAS document number assigned to the payroll.
PAYMENT DATE H0H.CHKDATE
Displays the date the funds will be made available to the employee.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
SSN HNH.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
DEDUCT TYPE DERIVED
Displays the deduction number and type.
SUB-DED NUMBER HNZ.SUBNUM
Displays the sub-deduction number.
CASE ID HNZ.CASENO
Displays the court case number assigned to the child support order.
VENDOR NM/CAUSE NO HNZ.VENDORNAME/HNZ.CAUSENO
Displays the name of the child support vendor or for summary single direct deposit vendors, displays the abbreviated two-character vendor name (for TxSDU displays “Tx”) followed by the cause number.
MED SPT HNZ.MEDIND
Displays Y (yes) or N (no) and indicates that employer-provided health insurance is available to the employee. The TxSDU requires this information.
CURRENT DEDUCTION HNZ.CURRDEDAMT
Displays the amount of the child support deduction taken.
DEDUCTION NOT TAKEN HNZ.DEDNTAKEN
Displays the amount of the child support deduction that was scheduled to be taken; but was not.
SCHEDULED DEDUCTION DERIVED FROM HNZ (CURRDEDAMT + DEDNTAKEN)
Displays the amount of the child support deduction that was scheduled to be taken.
SUBTOTAL BY ORG CODE DERIVED
Displays the total amount of CURRENT DEDUCTION, DEDUCTION NOT TAKEN, and SCHEDULED DEDUCTION for each organization code if the organization code break is being used.
GRAND TOTAL BY DOCUMENT DERIVED
Displays the total amount of CURRENT DEDUCTION, DEDUCTION NOT TAKEN, and SCHEDULED DEDUCTION for the agency.
