Report 1021 HR:M Database Transfer Summary

This report displays database activity for a SSN change or delete. These actions are processed through an Letter of Authorization to your USPS representative at the Comptroller’s office.

Report Headings

SEQUENCE NUMBER
Displays the number assigned to track the action.
EMPLOYEE NUMBER
Displays the employee's SSN. If the action is a transfer, this number is the old value.
LAST NAME
Displays the employee's last name.
TRAN CODE
Displays the code defining the type of transaction.
DBDDeleted SSN
DBMTransferred number to a new value
NEW CO
Displays the agency number assigned the correct employee SSN. Only used if the action is a transfer.
NEW EMPLOYEE
Displays the employee's correct SSN. Only used if the action is a transfer.
TAX CLEAR
Not used.
DATABASE UPDATES
Displays the database, agency number, and employee number that changed. Whether the action was an insert, replace, or a delete will also appear, along with the number of records changed.
