USPS Reports by Number –
Report 1010 HR:M Change Listing by Type
This report displays changes made on USPS by transaction type. This includes online processing, change transactions, and manual payments and adjustments. The total number of changes captured will also appear, in addition to the total net changes when a number or dollar value is involved.
This report can be used as an audit trail. It displays how the change was made and what fields were updated.
Multiple Report 1010s can generate on any given night.
Note: Not all screens are monitored for changes made, therefore they will not appear on this report. For example, changes made on HNHLS and HMPHR are not captured.

Report Headings
- RECORD KEY
- Displays the key fields of the change that was made.
- LAST NAME
- Displays the last name of the employee with the change.
- CURRENT VALUE
- Displays the value after the change was made.
- PREVIOUS VALUE
- Displays the value before the change was made.
- NET CHANGE
- Displays the difference between the current and the previous values if the values are numeric. This does not include numeric values that represent an alphanumeric value.
- TOTAL NET CHANGE FOR
- Displays the total Net Change of all changes of the same type.
- FIELD NAME
- Displays the name of the field that was changed.
- TRANS ID
- Displays the screen the change was made on.
- NUMBER OF CHANGES
- Displays the name of field that contained an error.
