Report 097 Monthly Longevity/Hazardous Duty Report

This report displays the new longevity and hazardous duty pay rates for employees when either rate will change in the next period.

*** There are no employees scheduled to change status next Month *** will print if no changes are found.

Selection Criteria All employees with longevity or hazardous duty rate changes with the H10 Frequency turned on.

Request Screen HSRPT; HPRPT – Set up to run automatically with each final payroll or with Month-End Reports.
Posting Report? No
Additional Notes The rates will not actually change until a payroll is run.

Report Headings

ORGANIZATION CODE HNP.ORGCODE
Displays the organization code as defined by the employee's position.
FOR MM/DD/YY EMPLOYEE CHANGING PAY RATES NEXT MONTH HNK.DATE01
Displays the effective date of the pay rate change.
EMPLOYEE SSN H0B.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
POSITION H0B.POSITION
Displays the employee's position number.
MONTHLY SALARY DERIVED
Displays the employee's monthly salary (H0B.annsalary divided by 12).
ADJUSTED EMP-DATE H0B.ADJEMPLDAT
Displays the employee's state effective service date (current date plus prior state service minus LWOP months).
YEAR/MONTH DERIVED
Displays the employee's longevity time in years and months.
NEW LONG PAY DERIVED
Displays the employee's new longevity pay amount.

Note: If YEAR/MONTH PAYRL and YEAR/MONTH PERSNL YEAR/MONTH PERSNL are not equal, HD will print between the NEW LONG PAY and IN HAZ POS columns to flag the discrepancy.

IN HAZ POS HMP.HAZDTYIND
Displays Y or N to indicate eligibility for hazardous duty pay.

Note: An employee will continue to receive longevity increases while they are in the 12 month waiting period for hazardous duty pay. However, once they have 12 hazardous duty months, longevity will be based only on non-hazardous duty months of service.

Displays the number of months of hazardous duty time based on the employee's hazardous duty effective date to the report request date.
YEAR/MONTH PERSNL H0B.PAYCONST5
Displays the amount of hazardous duty time based on the employee's number of months in a hazardous duty position.
NEW HAZD PAY DERIVED
Displays the employee's new hazardous duty pay amount.
