Report 022 Special Payment

This report produces employees and their current special payments received on payroll.

LWOP and TERMED employees appear on the report if they are paid on the payroll.

Sequence Default Set up Sort 3 as the default on H0XCR, any agency requiring a different sort can request the set up change via LOA process.
Page Break Special Pay Number, and with Sort 2 and 3, page break by Special Pay Number

Report Headings

For the ORG CODE and ORG NAME – Retrieve Employee's ORG CODE and ORG TITLE from HNO

Column One

EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
This field displays the employee's name. Retrieve if from HID.

Column Two

EMPLOYEE SSN HID.EMPLOYEENO
This field displays the employee's Social Security number. Retrieve it from HID.

Column Three

JOB CLASS NUMBER HNH
This field displays the employee's job class number as of the last day of the pay period that is being processed. Retrieve job class from H70.

Column Four

PAY FREQUENCY H10
This field displays the employees pay frequency as of the last day of the pay period being processed. Retrieve from H10.

Column Five

SPECIAL PAY CURRENT AMOUNT H0M
This field displays the employee's current special pay amount from the current pay field processed. Retrieve from H10.

Column Six

SPECIAL PAY MONTH TO DATE H0M
This field displays the employee's special pay month to date amount from H10.

Column Seven

SPECIAL PAY YEAR TO DATE H0M
This field displays the employee's special pay year to date amount from H10.

Column Eight

STATUS FIELD H0B
The employee's status is from the H0B. The report indicates if the employee is in termed or LWOP status on the last day of the pay period processing. The field is blank if the employee is active.
