HNCU1 – Display Screens for Contributions Taken Year-to-Date, Defined Contribution History, and Active Deduction Setup

Screen: HNCU1 (Contributions Taken Year-to-Date)
Keys: EMPLOYEE SSN, YEAR, DED NO
  • Displays an employee’s total year-to-date deductions for the 401(k), Roth 401(k), 457, Roth 457 and 403(b) plans across all agencies. It also displays eligible compensation for defined contribution plans, override reason and age 49+ indicator. Information outside of USPS is incuded on HNCU1 but it’s pulled from HNCUT.
  • The records are sorted by calendar year and contribution type (deduction number). If there is a catch up associated with the deduction, the catch-up year and amount also display.
Screen: HN1U2 (Defined Contribution History)
Keys: AGENCY, START DATE, EMPLOYEE SSN, VENDOR ID, SM, PLAN ID
  • Displays the following information by vendor:
    • All current and past-defined contribution plans in which an employee has participated
    • The dollar amount or percentage of the employee’s contribution to each plan
    • The year-to-date and life-to-date total contributions made by the employee
  • Press Enter to page through the history records. History accumulators are updated with every payroll. Historical information displays by the established deduction date (start date), with the most recent record first.
Screen: HNBU1 (Maximum Contributions Allowed by IRS)
Keys: PLAN YEAR, KEY SEQ
  • Displays the maximum contributions allowed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to the defined contribution plans.
Screen: H0BDC (Employee Active Defined Contributions)
Keys: AGENCY, EMPLOYEE SSN
  • Displays all active defined contributions set up for active employees and employees terminated in the current payroll processing month (H0BUS current month). Only the latest active records per vendor will be displayed.
