If an agency has multiple time card transactions, the time card interface process allows for transferring the information electronically into USPS. Agencies that store regular, overtime, special pay, and deduction information in an internal system may reduce online keystrokes by sending these transactions via FTP.
Once the file has been uploaded to USPS, an agency can verify and modify the unprocessed transactions online on the following screens:
