Step Action

1 Access H5SU1.

2 Enter I in the SUBCOMMAND field.

Enter the following fields as required:

AGENCY (Key)

INDIVIDUAL SSN (Key)

TEST ID (Key)

Enter an agency-defined value to identify the test. Establish values on HIE01 (Test Identification).

DATE OF TEST (Required)

SCORE (Optional)

The numeric score the employee earned on the test.

PERCENTILE (Optional)

The percentile score the employee earned on the test.

PASS/FAIL (Optional)

P	Pass
F	Fail

TEST RESULTS (Optional)

Additional comments on the employee’s test results.

4 Press Enter to process the transaction.
