TYPE OF DEGRE (Optional)
Indicates the type of degree the employee earned. For example, enter BA for Bachelor of Arts.
DATE OF DEGREE (Optional)
The date the employee received the highest degree from the school entered in the SCHOOL field.
MAJOR STUDY (Optional)
The name or an abbreviation of the employee’s major area of study.
MINOR STUDY (Optional)
The name or an abbreviation of the employee’s minor area of study.
CREDIT HOURS (Optional)
The number of college credit hours the employee earned.
CLASS STANDING (Optional)
The employee’s class standing by percentile. For example, enter 10 if the employee was in the top 10 percent of his or her graduating class.
GPA BASE (Optional)
The grade point average base at the employee’s school.
GPA MAJOR (Optional)
The employee’s grade point average in his or her major area of study.
GPA OVERALL (Optional)
The employee’s overall grade point average.
