USAS Coding Instructions
Table ID: TORT
The TORT Table ID defines the tort batch types, which is used to edit confidential information for reports (program DAFBSBT).
Based on the value entered in the CONFIDENTIAL INFO
field of the Report Request (91) Profile and the user’s security access per the Security Profile (96A), USAS uses the TORT Table ID to identify the confidential batch types. If the user does not have access to confidential information per their 96A settings, vendor/payee information will not appear on the reports.
This table should only be updated if an additional tort batch type is created.
See PAYR for payroll batch types.
