USAS Coding Instructions

Table ID: SHFD

The SHFD Table ID stores the shared fund by appropriation year (AY) for Employees Retirement System (ERS) appropriations. These values allow agencies access to view ERS insurance and retirement draw activity on designated USAS inquiry screens. This draw activity is under agency 327 and is normally not available to agencies.

The USAS screens used are:

• Expenditure Detail by Month by Appn: Cash Basis Inquiry (46).
• Revenue Detail by Month by Appn: Cash Basis Inquiry (47).
• General Ledger Summary Inquiry (56).
• Appropriation Record Inquiry (62).
• Appropriation Agency Detail Inquiry (67).
• Accounting Event Inquiry (88).

Note: The most recent record is for AY01, so this Table ID most likely is no longer used.
