USAS Coding Instructions
Table ID: DAYS
The DAYS Table ID stores the limitation for future payment dates for Document Type 5 (Payroll) and Document Type 7 (Annuitant Payroll). This is used as an edit during transaction processing to limit the date entered in the DOC DATE and PMT DUE DATE fields of a transaction to 45 days from the current effective date per the USAS System Management (97) Profile. This was implemented with ACR 60137 in 2016.
Currently only one DAYS Table ID exists. If another profile is requested, verification is needed to determine if an ACR is required to read the new profile.
