Table ID: CBFN

The CBFN Table ID contains the values entered in the Agency (D02) profile, CASH BASIS FUNCTION field.

The cash basis function groups the agencies by function and is used in the State of Texas Annual Cash Report, Table 1: Statement of Cash Position, Table 7: Net Expenditures by Function and Table 14: Net Expenditures by Function and Department.

The titles profiled on the CBFN Table ID are not used to prepare the cash report. The cash report SME should check the D53 annually to verify if any titles have been added.
