USAS Coding Instructions
Table ID: ACOL
The ACOL Table ID contains the appropriation control officer (ACO) code and name. The ACO code is entered in the ACO
field of the Agency Profile (D02) and is used for report sorting. Example DAFRs that use the ACO code as a sort option are:
- Depository Budget Increases (DAFR7661).
- Post auditing Report by ACO (DAFR7690).
- Unapproved Documents Report (DAFR7700).
- Appropriation Summary Report (DAFR7550).

Note: The D02 profile does not edit the value entered in the ACO
field against the D53 ACOL table; it only requires that a value is entered.
KEY
: (2 bytes, alphanumeric)- Enter the two-character ACO code.
TITLE
: (No required format; 40 bytes)- Enter the ACO name.
