USAS Coding Instructions

Table ID: ACOL

The ACOL Table ID contains the appropriation control officer (ACO) code and name. The ACO code is entered in the ACO field of the Agency Profile (D02) and is used for report sorting. Example DAFRs that use the ACO code as a sort option are:

• Depository Budget Increases (DAFR7661).
• Post auditing Report by ACO (DAFR7690).
• Unapproved Documents Report (DAFR7700).
• Appropriation Summary Report (DAFR7550).
