USAS Coding Instructions

Table ID: ACFR

The ACFR Table ID contains the crosswalk between the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) reporting system.

This functionality is not currently used to generate the ACFR, but is a required value on the following profiles (ACFR GL field):

• Comptroller General Ledger Account (D31) profile.
• GAAP GL Account Class (D14) profile.
• NACUBO G/L Account Class (D46) profile.
• GAAP Source/Object (D08) profile.
• NACUBO Source/Object (D34) profile.
