ACR 43740 – USPS System Change

Introduction

Uniform Statewide Payroll/Personnel System (USPS) Application Change Request (ACR) 43740 migrated on June 27, 2014, to change three screens (HPYPA, HPYBA and HPYHR) that can be used for employment verification.

Issue

Three USPS screens were not displaying current totals if the employee did not have prior year totals to report:

• HPYPA (Calendar Year Payroll Totals)
• HPYBA (Verification of Contribution Amounts)
• HPYHR (Verification of Earnings)

Solution

To correct the issue, USPS now has three new screens (H0BPT, H0BCA and H0BHR) that replaced the ones that are not displaying correctly. The new screens mirror the previous ones.

Screens affected

• HPYPA is now H0BPT (Calendar Year Payroll Totals)
• HPYBA is now H0BCA (Verification of Contribution Amounts)
• HPYHR is now H0BHR (Verification of Earnings)
