ACR 43305 – USPS System Change

Introduction

The Uniform Statewide Payroll/Personnel System (USPS) Application Change Request (ACR) 43305 migrated on March 3, 2014, to complete the Payee Number Conversion.

Issue

Implementation of the Payee Number Conversion required modifications in USPS.

Solution

This ACR modified screens and online processes to access the new fields on the payee master table in the Texas Identification Number System.

• HIDU1 (Individual Identification)
• H0BID (Basic Employee Identification)
• HNYU9 (Non-Combined Spousal Maintenance Detail)
• HNYU1 (Child Support and Combined Spousal Maintenance Detail)
