ACR 30251 – USPS System Change

Introduction

ACR 30251 modifies the layout of Form 941 Worksheet (Report 58) of the Uniform Statewide Payroll/Personnel System (USPS) effective March 3, 2011.

Issue

Report 58 (Form 941 Worksheet) displays tax and taxable wages for the prior quarter needed to aid in the completion of revised Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 941 for each agency. The IRS produced a new Form 941 for the 2011 calendar year, and layout changes were needed on Report 58 to match the new Form 941.

Solution

The layout of Report 58 has been updated to coincide with Form 941 for the 2011 calendar year.
