ACR 60398 – USAS System Change
Effective January 17, 2020
Application Change Request (ACR) 60398 for the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) changed the title of the Payroll Deduction Cancellation Request Daily Activity report (DAFR2161) to more appropriately reflect the information included on the report, effective Jan. 17, 2020.
USAS report DAFR2161 is generated when Payment Services processes a warrant cancellation on behalf of the paying agency using a document number that begins with CZ.
This cancellation process initially included only payroll deduction warrants, so the report was titled Payroll Deduction Cancellation Request Daily Activity. The cancellation of other types of warrants such as forged warrants were later added to this process, which also use a CZ document number.
The report title was misleading in that it indicated it only included the cancellations for payroll deduction warrants.
Change the title of the report to Cancellations Processed by Fiscal Management — Daily Report.
