ACR 31370 – USAS System Change

Introduction

ACR 31370 created a new Detailed Accounting Financial Report (DAFR) in the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) effective Sept 14, 2012. DAFR8665 – Fund Cash History by Agency and Agency Fund Including Shared Funds can be requested beginning Sept. 17, 2012.

Issue

Agencies needed to be able to reconcile cash activity in shared appropriated funds at the agency fund level. The current DAFR8660 – Fund Cash History By Agency and Appropriated Fund Including Shared Funds can be used to reconcile shared fund cash activity reports data at the appropriated fund level, but not at the agency fund level.

Solution

DAFR8665 – Fund Cash History By Agency and Agency Funds Including Shared Funds goes to the detailed agency fund level.
