ACR 60159 – TINS System Change

Introduction

Application Change Request (ACR) 60159 creates a new TINS inquiry screen that displays both a payee’s warrants on hold and held warrants released or offset, effective Aug. 25, 2017.

Issue

TINS users have had to access two TINS inquiry screens — Payee Warrants on Hold (PYWTHD) and Payee Held Warrants Released (PYWTHR) to view a payee’s warrants on hold and held warrants released or offset. TINS users needed this information displayed on one inquiry screen while still having access to the separate PYWTHD and PYWTHR screens.

Solution

The new TINS inquiry screen, Payee Warrants on Hold and Released (PYWTHB), displays both a payee’s warrants on hold and held warrants released or offset. PYWTHB is available to TINS users who currently have security access to the PYWTHD and PYWTHR screens. The TINS Inquiry Menu (INQMEN) screen was updated to include the new PYWTHB screen.
