General
The handout is published at least one day prior to the webinar and is located on FMX’s Accounting Policy Meetings page for that specific meeting date.
Both the Appropriation Control and Financial Reporting sections are providing training opportunities over the summer. Visit FMX’s Training Center for more information.
Additionally, users can enroll in Training via Webex for the 3-day Appropriations Management classes or any one of several one-day Travel and Purchases classes that are scheduled throughout the summer.
FMX also offers Web-Based Training and Tutorials for users to take at their own discretion.
Although not finalized, we are working on providing more details for USAS Core training during July’s Accounting Policy Meeting.
The 2021 Master Schedule of Fiscal Year-End Close Events is scheduled to be updated in early July.
USAS Profile Review and Cleanup Procedures
The Comptroller’s office will transmit USAS Profile Review and Cleanup Reports to agencies June 3–10.
In order for an active profile to roll forward to fiscal 2022, you must leave the End Effective Date
field blank.
The cleanup procedures and the respective PCU and FM Query – SIRS reports are as follows:
