Note: You may wish to have a group email address (such as “direct.deposit @ youragency.state.tx.us”) that more than one person can access for some functions. However, we still require an individual’s name and phone number as your contact. Please enter the group email address instead of the individual’s email address.

Your agency should have at least one person listed on each mailing list (unless otherwise noted):

• 1099 - 1099 Processing Contacts – No contacts listed
• AFR - Annual Financial Reporting (not required for community/junior colleges) – No contacts listed
• AFR2 - Annual Financial Reporting Note 2 (not required for community/junior colleges) – No contacts listed
• AH - Agency Head (limited to one person per agency) – No contacts listed
• APM - Agency Property Manager (limited to one primary and one alternate, not required for community/junior colleges)
• BUD - Budget Contacts – No contacts listed
• CFO - Chief Financial Officer (limited to one person per agency) – No contacts listed
• CIO - Chief Information Officer (limited to two contacts per agency) – No contacts listed
• CISO - Chief Information Security Officer (limited to two contacts per agency) – No contacts listed
