The CAPPS Steering Committee is a closed meeting for the designated and elected agency representatives selected for each biennium. The committee is responsible for:

  • Maintaining congruity between current project implementations and CAPPS maintenance.
  • Reviewing and evaluating feedback from Participating CAPPS Agencies regarding system changes presented for voting (as applicable).
  • Verifying that suggested system changes comply with state and federal mandates and/or policy requirements.
  • Granting final approval for all applicable system changes (including enhancements).

Meetings are usually held the second Tuesday of the month.
