• Interagency Transactions (Does not apply to community or junior colleges)
• Paying Agency (Does not apply to community or junior colleges)

Submit changes on the Contact List Update Form.

Note: You may wish to have a group email address (such as “direct.deposit @ youragency.state.tx.us”) that more than one person can access for some functions. However, we still require an individual’s name and phone number as your contact. Please enter the group email address instead of the individual’s email address.

Verify your agency contacts

Your agency should have at least one person listed on each mailing list (unless otherwise noted):

• 1099 - 1099 Processing Contacts
• AFR - Annual Financial Reporting (not required for community/junior colleges)
• AFR2 - Annual Financial Reporting Note 2 (not required for community/junior colleges) – No contacts listed
• AH - Agency Head (limited to one person per agency)
• APM - Agency Property Manager (limited to one primary and one alternate, not required for community/junior colleges) – No contacts listed
• BUD - Budget Contacts
• CFO - Chief Financial Officer (limited to one person per agency)
• CIO - Chief Information Officer (limited to two contacts per agency)
• CISO - Chief Information Security Officer (limited to two contacts per agency)
• CURO – Component Units & Related Organizations (only required for agencies using CURO) – No contacts listed
• DDB - Direct Deposit Bill Coordinators
• DDP - Direct Deposit Payroll Coordinators
• EEMH - Equal Employment Minority Hiring
• HRIS - Human Resource Information System Contacts (only required for agencies using HRIS) – No contacts listed
• HRO - Human Resources Officers
