Setting Up or Changing Child Support — H0ZUC, HNYU1, HOEU1
Note: A new mail code must be established for an employee on TINS before USPS can accept a new setup and generate payments for the third-party payee.
Agencies may utilize Report 599, a transmittal letter for child support payments, by setting up an address code on HOEU1. The letter should accompany the warrants to the third party vendor so the payment can be properly applied. Agencies not using Report 599 should bypass HOEU1.
A new court order must be received to change or stop a child support deduction.
