This Web-based training consists of three separate prompt payment and payment scheduling topics as described below.

Course Exam

Upon successful completion of the end-of-course exam at the end of Prompt Payment and Payment Scheduling, Part II, students receive 3.0 hours of continuing professional education (CPE) credit. The exam covers all three topics.

Prompt Payment and Payment Scheduling, Error Messages

This Web-based training is recommended for anyone who enters payment transactions into the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) or monitors payment transactions in USAS. This training explains error and warning messages in USAS related to interest payments and payment scheduling.
