FMQuery – Ad Hoc Web-based Training

The FMQuery – Ad Hoc Web-based training is intended for authorized state agency staff wanting to use the Comptroller’s FMQuery business intelligence tool that uses data from the statewide financial and payroll systems to build reports and queries.

Information in FMQuery currently includes system data from these sources:

  • FMQuery – Payroll: Comptroller’s office–processed state payrolls out of the Uniform Statewide Payroll/Personnel System (USPS) and Standardized Payroll/Personnel Reporting System (SPRS).

    You must complete this online training before attending the FMQuery – Payroll classroom training.
  • FMQuery – SIRS: Certain financial information from the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) and personnel information from USPS .

Note: This training is most effective if you have access to FMQuery’s query and reporting functions that allow you to practice concepts as you read through the training.

Course Exam

Upon successful completion of the end-of-course exam, you receive 2.0 hours of continuing professional education (CPE) credit.
