Report 748 Exempt Actual Exceeds Authorized

The HNTEX (Authorized Exempt Job Class Information) screen contains the authorized number of incumbents and maximum salary for an agency's exempt employees.

This report is only produced if an exempt job class code's actual number of incumbents is greater than the authorized number of incumbents on the HNTEX screen. Any exempt job class whose actual exceeds authorized is displayed on this report.

It is generated automatically at the same time Report 549 (Overpayment Report for Classified Employees) is requested by Fiscal Management each month.
