Report 014 Deductions Not Taken Register

This report displays all deductions for employees in the current pay period including terminated employees whose pay was insufficient to cover their scheduled deductions.

All deductions are listed together by employee.

Selection Criteria All employees on payroll where H0H.DEDNTKNSW equals 1. Employees with H0B status of 1, 2 or 3 who have a deduction not taken will be included.
Produce Output? Yes
Request Screen HPRPT – Set up to run automatically with each payroll.
Posting Report? No
Additional Notes ** EDIT/REPORT RUN ** will display in the top left corner if the report was produced from a trial/edit payroll. This report will generate twice only when a final payroll is rejected. Use the latest RUN TIME/DATE, which is found in the top right corner of the report.

Report Headings

EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
EMPLOYEE NO. H0B.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
DEDUCTION H0M.DEDNTAKEN
Displays each deduction which could not be taken for the employee.
TOTALS DERIVED
Displays the total amount of deductions not taken for the employee.
COMPANY TOTAL DERIVED
Displays the deduction name and the total amount of each deduction for the agency.
DEDUCTION TOTALS DERIVED
Displays the total amount of deductions not taken for the agency.
