Updating Surplus Property

The Update Surplus Information (PADUPD) screen allows agencies to view or update information on property that has been advertised as surplus (disposal method 05) only.

Fields that can be updated include:


  1. Access the Update Surplus Information (PADUPD) screen on the Main Menu.
  2. Enter the property number in the PROPERTY field.
  3. Enter the component number in the COMPONENT field.
  4. Press Enter.
  5. Make any changes required.
  6. Update the SURP COMMENT field if applicable.
  7. Press Enter. The message Updates Complete appears.
