Procurement Cards

State procurement card payments may be scheduled through the requested payment field for payment distribution on the due date listed on procurement card statements. Early payments are permitted based on contract terms dictating the payment date.

Utility Payments

Regardless of invoice amounts, all payments for utility services may be scheduled for distribution based on the utility company dates.

All payments made by interagency voucher (ITV) may be scheduled for immediate payment regardless of the amount of the invoice.
