Hold Reports

Agency staff may track held warrants using reports from the Texas Identification Number System (TINS), the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS), the Standardized Payroll/Personnel Reporting System (SPRS) and the Centralized Accounting Payroll/Personnel System’s (CAPPS’) HR/Payroll application.

In addition to these reports, agencies should monitor all applicable reports listed in Report Titles and Numbers. See TINS Reports for more information.
