Cancellations Not Allowed in WWIC

Most USAS warrant cancellation requests are processed directly through Treasury Operations’ Web Warrant Inquiry and Cancellation System (login required) (WWIC), with the exception of reinstated warrants. Also see Forged Warrants.

A reinstated warrant must be canceled by submitting the following documents to Payment Services:

Payment cancellation vouchers processed by Payment Services are entered in USAS with a two-night processing cycle turnaround.

Payroll warrants are canceled through the applicable payroll system:

  • Standardized Payroll/Personnel Reporting System (SPRS)
  • Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) HR/Payroll
